Type in the following and choose the first choice.

That my moniker matches a certain Robert Pattinson is a Twi-Mom’s delight (and a tad bit creepy).

1: Type in "[your name] needs" in the Google search:
Patz needs a lot of work (eat a burger will ya?)
Can I have chips with that? And a shake?

`Nuff sed

3: Type in "[your name] does" in Google search:

Patz has your Lady Bits covered
Not goin’ there

9: Type in "[your name] died" in Google search:

`Tis the season for... Shopping!  Last week, my mom and I went tripping to Victoria BC on the big purple bus.  Had a great time seeing the Festival of Trees at the Empress Hotel, shopping in Chinatown, and seeing the Christmas lights at the Butchart Garden.

Tomorrow, I take the big purple bus to shop for mis-dips from the chocolate factory and sweatshirts from the Morning Sun outlet. Be still my heart.  The Auburn Supermall, too, barring blizzard conditions.  Did I mention that it's snowing?

Yes, I'm still trolling for Twilight icons, scanning news for the New Moon movie, and lapsing into other OCD behaviors...

It started innocently enough.  I'd heard about the teen vampire novel Twilight and bought a copy.  I thought it was a fun read and purchased the next installment, New Moon.  Then I read Eclipse and Breaking Dawn.  And listened to the audiobooks of each title.

Then the movie Twilight came out.  My teen daughter and I went to see it first day, Friday Nov. 21.
It was wonderful / horrible.  I don't know what we expected, but that wasn't it.

So we went back and saw it again.  Then I bought the soundtrack, listened to that for a few days, and went back for a third viewing.  That's enough Twilight for now.  Except that I now troll fan sites for hours, pocketing icons and looking up the filming locations.

One of my favorite links is to Twilight in 15 Minutes, by the wickedly funny Cleolinda.

I've also threatened to take my silver(gray) car and my red truck on a road trip to Kalama High school, where they filmed exterior shots.  My kids said absolutely No Way.  I would totally drive around St Helens, Oregon and down the Columbia Gorge too.  I'm from the area, so I recognized enough of the scenery to be annoying (That's nowhere NEAR Forks!  That's the bridge at Cascade Locks!).

I'm not obsessed.  Well, maybe a little.  Is there a 12-step program for obsessive-compulsive older-than-dirt fangirls?
